If you can't remove it the only way I can think of that should 100% remove it is reinstall fallout 4, I'd wait for a little to see if anyone experienced can tell you otherwise. And if it could also remove those No ID items that console commands cant even remove so its just dirt that would also be Amazing! PSA: How to force the game to delete all mods - Fallout 4 (The exception would be if your computer dies and you have to reinstall. Steamapp > Common > Fallout 4 > Data / Mods yet Uninstall NMM, delete any leftover folders (it keeps an extra copy of every mod, I think?), delete everything in your Fallout 4 folder, reinstall the game, then install MO2, take a few minutes to learn it, and never have to go through trouble to start fresh, just right click, uncheck all. All mods are still there (Both Bethesda / Nexus Vortex) But I didn't touch any thing in. Example, lets say a mod created its own survival mode. Meaning, your game will start to lag and become more unstable. Orphan scripts still remain in your save data. When you remove a mod from a game that has saved with that mod.
